Parent/Guardian Information

^* Important: for all staff members under the age of 18 we require a Parent/Guardian to countersign your employment agreement, so it’s vital you provide full and accurate details and that your Parent/Guardian is aware of the need to countersign your agreement that they will receive via email.

^** Important: You will receive a copy of your employment documents via the email address that you’ve provided above. Please check that your email address is accurate before submission. Please also check your junk folder for a copy of all correspondence. If you do not receive your employment documents to your provided email and junk folder then please contact your Centre Manager.

^*** Important: Please note that you are legally not allowed to commence work until all fully completed and signed documents have been received, verified and approved. You are only authorised to commence work once you receive an approval notice with your Employee Number via email from the Delta Force HR Department.
